Manuel E. Garcia, MD

Dr. Manuel E. Garcia, MD | Phlebologist | East LansingDr. Manuel Garcia received his Bachelors in Science from Florida State University. He completed his medical residency at Spectrum Blodgett, Spectrum Butterworth, and St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI coordinated by the Grand Rapids Medical Education and Research Center (an affiliate of Michigan State University). After graduating as the Chief Resident of the Spectrum Blodgett Campus, he focused his medical career to Phlebology (the diagnosis and treatment of varicose vein disease), Hormone Replacement Therapy, Acne Care, and Skin Rejuvenation.

Dr. Manuel Garcia is a Board Certified phlebologist (varicose vein specialist) by the American College of Phlebology. He is the Medical Director of VeinsPlus and MesoHealth. He is a member of the Michigan Medical Society and American College of Phlebology.

Kimberly L. Garcia, RN, BSN, PA-C

Physician Assistant | East LansingKimberly Garcia is a certified physician assistant in practice with her husband at MesoHealth in East Lansing, Michigan, where they specialize in medical aesthetics and natural hormone replacement. At the MesoHealth practice, Kimberly is certified in providing bio-identical hormone pellet therapy, and is also a North American consultant for VelaSmooth, a noninvasive cellulite treatment. Kimberly and Dr. Garcia work together to provide the most effective, noninvasive treatments available to create healthy, beautiful skin. Kimberly received her undergraduate degree in nursing from Florida State University. After working as a surgical operating room nurse, she shifted her focus to aesthetic treatments and received her Physician Assistant degree from Grand Valley State University. Kimberly is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Michigan Association of Physician Assistants.
